1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across Egypt, including major cities like Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and other governorates.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days
• Alexandria & Major Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Governorates: 5-7 business days

Note: Business days do not include Fridays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: [70-85] EGP
• Other Governorates: [70-100] EGP

4. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Egypt.

6. Delivery Issues

• If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will attempt again on the next business day.
• If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us on whatsapp.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package for assistance.
