Hamimi Refund Policy

At Hamimi, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all of our products meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue with a refund or exchange.
  • Other than that underwears are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at hello@hamimi.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence (e.g., images of the damaged or incorrect product).
  • Step 2: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  • Step 3: For eligible returns, please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the product purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges unless the product was defective.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on products that have been worn, used, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or final sale items are also ineligible for returns or refunds.

5. Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Hamimi will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
